Publishers: Set up Native Advertising Zones on your Sites

JuicyAds first launched Native Ads on our network in 2018. If you’re not using them to amplify your site monetization, you should be. Native Ads are proven to be more engaging and less intrusive than traditional banner ads as they are intended to blend in with the look and feel of your site.

While banner ads are still an effective tool for publishers, more savvy users will sometimes avoid banner ads subconsciously, often referred to as ‘Banner Blindness.’ Native advertising offers a solution to engaging and earning ad revenue from all of your site’s visitors.

Below, you’ll see a sample layout of a video content (tube) site. Native ads fit in seamlessly and look like just another piece of content on the page. Advertisers will supply native ads that are designed to look like content and draw in the ad dollars with views and clicks.

To set up Native Ad Zones on your site, go to your ‘Zone Manager’  and fill in the name and relevant description and select Zone Display:

To generate a zone for a single native ad, select Native Ads (Fully Custom) as the AdZone Type. This is if you want a single ad to blend in with other content, such as a video-looking ad for a tube site. You can also build columns and rows of Native Ads by selecting the option you want in that section.

You can also opt for a Native Interstitial by selecting Interstitial Native Ads (3×2):

Both examples use ‘Advanced Mode’ for creating ad zones. This gives you a variety of options, including customizing the look and feel of the zones. You can also use ‘Easy Mode’ if you just want to set up a quick zone with default options.
Once you’ve finished your set up, just select ‘Create Zone’ at the bottom of the page, and you will be taken to a screen with your JavaScript code that will look something like this:

Just place that code where you want your ad(s) to appear, and you will start earning from JuicyAds Native Advertising!
