We use this information solely for ad delivery, fraud detection, security, and aggregated performance reporting. We do not place cookies or similar technologies on publisher websites for advertising targeting, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking, and we do not track users across websites or build behavioral profiles. We may use limited technical measures (which may include device storage mechanisms) solely for essential security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.

If we combine or connect non-personal, demographic, or technical data with personal data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as personal data.

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you do not provide that data when requested, we might not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). JuicyAds does not engage in behavioral advertising, does not track users across websites, and does not build profiles based on browsing history.

Publisher websites that display JuicyAds advertisements may contain content or technologies provided by third parties, such as advertisers, analytics services, hosting providers, or other integrations chosen by the publisher. Any data collection performed by third parties on publisher websites—including cookies, pixels, or scripts—is governed by the publisher’s and the third party’s own privacy and cookie policies. JuicyAds does not control these technologies and does not determine how any data collected by those third parties is used.

We use your personal data to provide our services to advertisers and publishers, communicate with you, operate our Service, and perform business operations such as improving our network, security, and customer support.

• Present our Service and provide you with the information, products, services, and support that you request.
• Ensure that our Service content is presented effectively for you and your device.
• Administer our Service and conduct internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and statistical or survey purposes.

• We may share aggregated, non-identifying ad performance metrics—such as total impressions, clicks, and general geographic breakdowns—to help advertisers and publishers evaluate campaign performance. JuicyAds does not share personal data or end user-level identifiers with advertisers or publishers, and we do not engage in behavioral advertising or track users across websites.
• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
• For any other purposes that we disclose in writing when you provide the data.
• With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal data to third parties:

• In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

• Promotional Offers from JuicyAds. If you have opted in to receive certain emails from us but no longer wish to have your email address used by JuicyAds to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by logging into the Service and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email stating your request to privacy@juicyads.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link we have included in the email. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to JuicyAds as part of account management, ad placement services, billing, or other transactions necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations.

Our Service may contain links to websites of partner networks, advertisers, and affiliates, or may include plug-ins enabling third-party features. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we do not accept responsibility for their practices. We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The specific retention periods depend on the type of data and its purpose:

• Account Information:
  • Active accounts: Retained indefinitely while the account remains active.
  • Unconfirmed accounts: Deleted after 6 months of inactivity.
  • Confirmed but inactive accounts: Retained for up to 3 years of inactivity unless longer retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or audit purposes.
• Technical and Ad Delivery Logs: Retained for a maximum of 365 days to support ad delivery, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, enforce rate limits, diagnose technical issues, and produce aggregated performance reporting.
• KYC / Identity Verification Data: Verification records (e.g., verification status/results, timestamps, reference IDs, audit logs, and related correspondence) retained for 5 years after account closure or last transaction for compliance and audit purposes. Copies of government-issued ID documents/images (if accessible via our identity verification provider) are not retained by JuicyAds outside the provider, or are retained only as long as necessary to complete verification, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
• Legal Compliance Data (including tax identification numbers and payment-related records): Retained for 7 years to comply with income tax laws, Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requirements, and other legal obligations.

Under some circumstances, we may anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you. Once anonymized, we reserve the right to use this data for any legitimate business purpose without further notice to you or consent.

If no retention period is specified, we use criteria such as the data’s purpose, sensitivity, and applicable legal requirements to determine how long it is retained.

We do not direct our Service to minors and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 or as defined by local legal requirements. If we learn we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected or received personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it. It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes. Depending on where you live, you may have the legal right to request access to and correction of the personal data that we process about you. These rights are not limited to JuicyAds account holders and may extend to personal data we process when advertisements are requested or delivered on publisher websites.

If you are an advertiser or publisher, you can review and change your personal data by logging into the Service and visiting your account profile page.

To request access to, correction or deletion of, personal data we process about you, or to withdraw consent where applicable, email us at privacy@juicyads.com. We will not accommodate a request to change data if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the data to be incorrect. If permitted by law, we may charge you a fee to access your personal data, however, we will notify you of any fee in advance.

We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and your right to access, and to provide you with the personal data that we hold about you or make your requested changes. Applicable law may allow or require us to refuse to provide you with access to some or all the personal data that we hold about you, or we may have destroyed, erased, or made your personal data anonymous in accordance with our record retention obligations and practices. If we cannot provide you with access to your personal data, we will inform you of the reasons why, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.

In some cases, technical information processed in connection with advertisements does not allow us to identify a particular individual. Where applicable law permits, we are not required to collect or maintain additional identifying information solely to respond to a privacy rights request. If you provide information that enables us to identify records relating to you, we will consider your request on that basis. We will not disclose records unless we can reasonably confirm that they relate to you.

Where you have provided your consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your personal data, you may have the legal right to withdraw your consent under certain circumstances. To withdraw your consent, if applicable, contact us at privacy@juicyads.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect processing that we are permitted to perform without consent, such as processing necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance with law, or to provide the Service. Please note that if you withdraw your consent we might not be able to provide you with a particular product or service. We will explain the impact to you at the time to help you with your decision.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to honor your request in these circumstances.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information regarding your request to speed up our response.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it might take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will let you know and keep you updated.

The appeal will be reviewed by a senior member of our data protection team who was not involved in the initial decision. We may contact you for further information or clarification if necessary. We will provide a written response to your appeal within 30 days of receipt. If additional time is required to review your appeal, we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it. If your appeal is upheld, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the issue and inform you of the actions taken. If your appeal is denied, we will provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for the denial and inform you of any further options available, such as contacting the relevant state authorities or data protection agencies.

Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data “sales” as defined under certain laws. When we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law.

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
