Pricing Your Flat Rate Advertising with JuicyAds

Many factors go into determining how much a JuicyAds Publisher should charge for advertising space on their website such as number of clicks and impressions, origin of traffic, geography split, device type and more. Coming up with that perfect number takes some time, research and testing.

At JuicyAds, we offer auto-pricing, where our system will test and analyze various factors in your traffic and deliver a suggested price for your flat-rate ad zones for 7,14- and 30-day blocks. In fact, most advertisers choose to go with the auto-price or use it as a starting point to get an idea of what they can charge.

When you set up your ad zone, you will be given the option to select Auto-pricing. You can return here to switch to manual pricing at any time.

Once you’ve established that base price, you can adjust that price based on the quality and demand of the advertising spot. When adjusting pricing up or down, here are a few factors you should consider:

• Impressions – how many ad views does this spot receive daily?
• Average Clicks -how many clicks does this spot receive?
• CTR – what is the average Click Through Ratio?

• Mobile/PC – How are visitors accessing your site? Some advertisers prefer desktop, others prefer mobile views.
• Traffic Origin – How is your traffic generated? Organic, search engine traffic tends to be more valuable than other sources.
