JuicyAds Attending Internext and AVN Show in January!

For more than two decades, I’ve traveled to Las Vegas every January to meet with colleagues, clients and other industry professionals to do business, learn new things and, let’s be honest, party. When I first attended this show in 1998 at the Monte Carlo hotel, it was called IA2000. Ownership of the conference has changed hands several times and gone through various name changes, but today it’s called Internext, and is merged into the bigger AVN Show.

For a $350 ticket, show-goers will have access to a limited Internext schedule that includes an expo, meet market and happy hour plus the AVN show, geared mostly toward creators and the companies that support them.

This year, the show takes place at the new Virgin Hotel, a familiar address for past attendees. For years, the show was held at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, which was purchased and re-invented by Virgin a few years ago. Virgin has completed their renovations and preparing to host the Internext slice of the conference as well as the AVN business and fan shows concurrently.
