A budget of $500 is generally a good amount to start your advertising campaign with JuicyAds. With those funds, you will be able to set up targeted banner campaigns, discover direct buy zones (flat rate) and be eligible to work with an account manager to best optimize your advertising.
If you started with the Getting Started with  $100  you should be properly set up to increase your budget now that you have set up tracking and tested some initial targeting. If you don’t have tracking set up yet, we strongly suggest you set up S2S (server to server) tracking if you are able, or pixel tracking on the JuicyAds platform. We are also integrated with a variety of popular 3rd-party trackers as well. Tracking is extremely important if you really want to understand the traffic you’re purchasing and how it coverts your offers.
Once you’ve loaded your funds and set up your tracking, we suggest reaching out to sales@juicyads.com to be assigned an account manager. Account managers can advise you on targeting, find specific zones that meet your needs, and help optimize your advertising to ensure you’re getting the most out of every impression. The only requirement is a minimum of $500 loaded into your account.
To start, we suggest setting up a blacklist campaign with any relevant targeting such as country, language, device, OS, etc. A blacklist will allow you to generate traffic from a variety of sites and zones on the network. With proper tracking in place, you’ll soon be able to see which sites are generating your desired action (sale, email, sign-up, etc.) and which are not. From there, you can start blocking unproductive sites and zones. At this point, you can examine the ad zones that are converting for you, and consider purchasing the zone directly on a flat rate for 1 week up to multiple months. This will secure that traffic for you and eliminate the risk of someone else buying that zone and you losing profitable traffic. Each site generates a site profile, which will give you all of the information you need to decide if purchasing the direct buy is for you. Things to pay attention to:
  • Zone Statistics – this section tells you the average daily traffic as well as the estimated CPC/CPM.
  • Traffic By Country – be sure that you’re able to to still maintain a profit with a majority of the traffic in the geo split.
  • Ad Availability – these are the ads that are currently available for purchase, as well as the dates they expire. You can also instigate an Outbid Auction from this section, but you won’t likely be using that with your initial budget.
